Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event parking is set to begin. Any event not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged. Please contact your assigned event team member regarding cancellations
Residential parking permits “R”,”RL” and “KP” are restricted to their individual housing communities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm. After 5:30pm and on weekends, residents may park in red, blue or green spaces or lots except 24 hours reserved or any other signed space.
Garages A, C, E, G, H and Libra are equipped with elevators.

Yes, with a valid UCF parking permit you are able to park in garages being used for an event, if space is available.

Generally we ask for the ERF form to be submitted no later than five days prior to the event. The events coordinator will respond back within one to two business days.

Parking Services employees are certified to enforce all Florida State Statutes and may issue a citation for any non-moving violation.
Citations may be appealed at the website indicated on the back of your citation. However, unpaid citations may lead to an academic hold on accounts and/or being sent to collections.
Yes. Parking permits are required at both campuses.
Contacting the UCF Police Department non-emergency number (407-823-5555) will dispatch a patroller to assist you. Parking Services is able to assist with door openings, battery jumps, tire changes, and searching for vehicles.
The campus is parking by UCF parking permit or daily fee only. There are no locations on campus that provide free parking.
Your vehicle may be subject to a citation and/or tow.
This is calculated by an industry standard which is a ratio of 2:1 persons to one vehicle. Keep in mind not all students are on campus at the same time.

Garage F is complimentary for guests visiting the Knights Plaza except when there is an event. Please note signs for areas that require a specific parking permit.
There is no free parking on campus. However, after 5:30PM, students with valid UCF permits are permitted to park in B and C lots, except any specifically designated space.
Only vehicles with valid UCF parking permits are allowed to remain parked on campus.

Visitors may park in any D (green) student lot or garage once a daily permit has been purchased.
Signs located at all UCF parking lots and garage entrances are color coordinated according to your permit type and color.

University departments have the option of purchasing daily permits via Inter-departmental Transfer in advance for lecturers and speakers.
Overnight guests need to purchase a multi-day parking permit which allows parking in Garage A, B, C, I, as well as designated student surface lots. These permits may be purchased at the Visitor and Parking Information Center or the main parking service’s office in Garage B.
There is short term parking located at the Visitor and Parking Information Center and there are single space meters located throughout the campus that accommodate short term parking needs.
Vehicles displaying any type of altered permit are subject to a citation of $100 and immobilization of the vehicle.
Hang tags are transferrable from automobile to automobile; however, they are not transferrable from person to person. Permits are linked to your information and you are liable for any citations that are issued with that permit.
Once you have your permanent license plate, you can email decals@ucf.edu with your updated information. Please include your PID and new vehicle information.
You may obtain a complimentary temporary parking permit at the Visitor and Parking Information Center or the office located in parking garage B.
