Appeal Process
Payments made while the citation is in the appeal process will cancel the appeal. If you have documentation to support your petition, please mail it to UCF Parking & Transportation Services; P.O. Box 163551; Orlando, FL 32816-3551. Any supporting documentation must be post-marked by the tenth business day from the date of citation issuance. Supporting documentation may also be delivered in person to the Parking Services Office in parking garage B. Supporting documentation must include your name, address, citation number (if known), license tag number, and appeal reference number. The Appeals Committee is comprised of students, faculty, and staff members of the university who are appointed by the Vice President of Administration and Finance. Committee members are not affiliated with Parking and Transportation Services. WHEN YOU WANT TO APPEAL: YOU WILL HAVE TWO CHOICES
If you schedule a personal appeal and are unable to attend, Parking Services must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled hearing. If there is no notification, the citation will be considered valid and payable immediately to include any accumulated late fees. The decisions of the Appeals Committee are FINAL and BINDING whether the citation is upheld or the appeal is accepted.
